Includes:
- Backing up personal files, Desktop, Documents, Photos, Music and Favorites
- Wiping harddrive clean with a 3-pass low-level format (this will kill any viruses and malware on harddrive)
- Re-installing your original operating system (Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista or 7)
- Installing AVG Anti Virus Free Edition and Malwarebytes Free Edition
- Installing System Drivers such as Video, Sound, Ethernet, etc.
- Replacing your backup files back on computer
**A full system restore is usually about a 2-day turn around, depending on our workload.
**Please bring any original software you received with your computer at time of purchase..
